Today I’m going to teach you how to build a pancake board! These pancake boards are a take on the well-loved ‘charcuterie board‘ and are filled with pancakes, fresh berries, spreads, and lots of maple syrup.
Prepare pancakes and breakfast meat (bacon, ham or sausage) on a griddle. Place on a baking sheet, covered with foil into an oven at 250 F until the rest of the pancake board is ready.
Arrange bowls of berries, toppings and spreads into small vessels scattered on the board. Be sure to include spreading knives for things like peanut butter, Nutella, jam, etc.
Before serving add warm pancakes and breakfast meat onto the board. Serve with tongs and small plates for each person.
