Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso combines freshly brewed espresso, brown sugar, ice and oatmilk into a creamy, luscious and dairy-free coffee masterpiece. A copycat Starbucks recipe that's so easy to make at home, with a fresh dash of cinnamon to finish.

Ingredients

  • 2 shots freshly brewed espresso
  • 2 tsp light brown sugar
  • 1 ½ cups ice  more if needed
  • 1 cup unsweetened oat milk

Instructions

  • Make espresso: Brew two shots of espresso and pour in brown sugar while the espresso is still warm to dissolve. 
  • Shake: Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and pour in espresso/brown sugar mixture. Shake for 15-20 seconds.
  • Finish with oatmilk: Pour into a glass with ice and top with oat milk. Top with cinnamon.

Notes

If you do not own a cocktail shaker, use a mason jar with a tight fitting lid.
