This delicious Kale Caesar Chopped Salad is my absolute favorite way to eat a Caesar salad. Made with classic ingredients like crisp romaine and kale lettuce, nutty Parmesan and creamy caesar dressing.
I put my own healthy twist topping it off with juicy cherry tomatoes, crunchy pistachios and seared ahi tuna for extra protein.
Sear your ahi tuna steak: Blot dry your ahi tuna steak. Brush on an even layer of olive oil and season well with salt and pepper. Heat a medium sized heavy bottom skillet on medium-high heat.
Sear ahi tuna steak for 1-2 minutes on each side. Cover with foil and let rest for 3 minutes.
Assemble your salad kit on a large plate or bowl.
Top salad with mini cherry tomatoes, golden raisins, and pistachios.
Slice seared ahi tuna steak and top on salad before serving.
