Ingredients

  • 2 oz gin
  • 1 oz lillet blanc
  • 2-3 oz prosecco
  • 1-2 oz soda water like pellegrino
  • Lemon peel
  • Green olives
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  • Fill a coupe or wine glass with ice. Add gin, lillet blanc and stir together. Top with prosecco and soda water and stir once more.
  • Run the lemon peel around the rim of the glass and place on top of the ice. Add 1-2 green olives and a few drops of olive oil on top.

Notes

Don't like gin? Just swap it for your favorite vodka - I suggest something higher quality. If you want more flavor, you could also use a lemon-flavored vodka!
