2 oz freshly brewed espresso 2 oz heavy whipping cream 1 oz simple syrup or coffee syrup of choice Cocoa powder for dusting Espresso or coffee beans for garnish optional
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add espresso, heavy whipping cream, and simple syrup.
Shake vigorously for 20-30 seconds. Strain into a martini glass and dust with cocoa powder.
Garnish with three espresso or coffee beans if desired.
