Pineapple Pomegranate Kombucha Cocktails

A gut-friendly cocktail! Filled with fresh lemon juice, pineapple juice and floated with sparkly kombucha. Your ultimate healthy Friday cocktail. Cheers!

Ingredients

  • 2 Oz of fresh lemon juice
  • 2 Oz of pineapple Juice
  • 2-3 Tablespoons of ginger syrup
  • 1 Oz of vodka
  • Pomegranate Kombucha 
  • for ginger syrup
  • 1 Cup of granulated sugar
  • 1 Cup of water
  • 1 Small thumb of ginger sliced

Instructions

  • Heat water, sugar, and ginger on low until all sugar has dissolved. Let steep for 10-15 minutes and strain into a mason jar. 
  • In a large glass fill with lemon juice, pineapple juice, ginger syrup and vodka. Stir well and fill 3/4 way with crushed ice. ‘Float’ the rest of the glass with a slow pour of pomegranate kombucha. 

Notes

For a mocktail variation of this cocktail just delete the vodka and add a splash more pineapple juice!
