Ingredients

  • 16 oz pear vodka I used Grey Goose La Poire
  • 8 oz lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 8 oz pear juice
  • 4-6 oz simple syrup
  • Pear slices

Instructions

  • In a pitcher or a clear glass bottle with a swing top, add in (with a funnel) the pear vodka, lemon juice, pear juice, 4 oz simple syrup and close the lid. Shake the bottle with the lid tightly secured until all ingredients are distributed.
  • Chill the carafe in the freezer for an hour or in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours. Pour out 5 oz into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a pear slice.
  • Alternatively for a more classic martini taste, you can pour 5 oz into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake for 10-15 seconds until the shaker tin is very cold on the outside. This will create more of a classic icy, martini texture rather than just the pour from the bottle but either one works!
