  • 3-4 fresh blackberries
  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice
  • ½ oz honey
  • 1 oz Domaine Canton ginger liqueur
  • 1 oz gin
  • Prosecco to top

Instructions

  • Place fresh blackberries into the bottom of a large wine glass. Add lemon juice and honey and muddle together until blackberries are crushed and the juices have been released.

  • Top the remainder of the glass with prosecco and stir together. Garnish with fresh blackberries and mint if desired.

Notes

If you have leftover gin and want some inspiration for your next cocktail, look no further! Try a classic gin and tonic (garnish however you want), some grapefruit juice and gin, gin and ginger ale, or get more extravagant by making a negroni, a gin martini, or a gimlet.
