Ingredients

  • ½ persian cucumber 3-4 small pieces
  • 2 oz blanco tequila
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 3-4 basil leaves

Instructions

  • Cut cucumber slices and add to a cocktail shaker along with lime juice, and/or lime slices themselves. Muddle.
  • Add basil leaves, tequila, and ice. Shake to mix the martini until the outside of the shaker is very cold.
  • Strain cocktail into a martini glass and, optionally, peel a couple of cucumbers and skewer them in a zig-zag pattern for garnish.
