Ingredients

  • 12 oz goat cheese room temperature
  • 4 oz cream cheese room temperature
  • ¼ cup chopped walnuts
  • ¼ cup blueberry preserves
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme sprigs plus more for garnish 
  • 1 tbsp honey plus more for drizzling
  • ½ cup fresh blueberries plus more for garnish 

Maldon Sea Salt

  • Crackers crisps or crudites, for serving

Instructions

  • Mix ingredients: In a medium mixing bowl, mix together goat cheese and cream cheese. Add the chopped walnuts, then add the blueberry preserves, thyme sprigs, honey and fresh blueberries and mix until combined.
  • Garnish: Transfer dip to your serving bowl of choice. Spread into one even layer or shape into a dome-shaped ball. Garnish with fresh thyme, honey and more blueberries.
  • Serve: Serve at room temp or chill for 10-20 minutes before serving. Top with flaky sea salt. Serve with crackers, crisps or crudites and a cheese spreader.

Notes

Goat cheese dip can be made up to 3 days ahead. Store in an airtight container in the fridge and garnish with fruit, herbs and flaky sea salt just before serving.
