Honey Blueberry Goat Cheese Dip is a salty, creamy, tangy and sweet appetizer, snack or spread. Whiz it together for a bright and fruity charcuterie centerpiece for your next party - with the option to make ahead!
Mix ingredients: In a medium mixing bowl, mix together goat cheese and cream cheese. Add the chopped walnuts, then add the blueberry preserves, thyme sprigs, honey and fresh blueberries and mix until combined.
Garnish: Transfer dip to your serving bowl of choice. Spread into one even layer or shape into a dome-shaped ball. Garnish with fresh thyme, honey and more blueberries.
Serve: Serve at room temp or chill for 10-20 minutes before serving. Top with flaky sea salt. Serve with crackers, crisps or crudites and a cheese spreader.
