Ingredients

  • 15 oz ricotta cheese
  • ½-1 tsp kosher salt
  • ½ large lemon juiced
  • 1 lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp hot honey
  • Red pepper flakes for topping

Instructions

  • In a food processor add ricotta cheese, salt, lemon juice, olive oil, lemon zest, and hot honey. Blend together until the dip is very smooth. If needed, scrape the sides down half way through to ensure all the cheese has blended.
  • Spread the ricotta cheese into a shallow bowl and top with more hot honey and red pepper flakes.
  • Serve with a baguette or crackers.
