Italian Cherry Margarita

This Italian Cherry Margarita is such a fruity and refreshing drink, perfect for a hot summer day. Use frozen cherries to keep the flavor bold and the drink cold, and don’t forget the Italicus which adds a slight floral flavor to balance out the cherry!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen cherries 
  • 4 oz blanco tequila
  • 2 oz Italicus 
  • 2 oz fresh lime juice 
  • 1 oz agave 
  • 1 cup ice
  • Fresh mint or basil for garnish

Instructions

  • To a blender, add frozen cherries, blanco tequila, Italicus, lime juice, agave and ice. Blend until very smooth. Pour into a class and garnish with a lime wedge and fresh cherries. 

Notes

You can use fresh cherries if you'd like, but you'll have to add more ice.
