Lychee Spritz Drink
My lychee cocktail spritz is light, bubbly and slightly floral. This lychee drink tastes like an elevated cocktail from a fancy bar but comes together in a minute!

Ingredients
- 1 oz gin
- 1 oz lychee syrup from can
- ½ oz fresh lime juice
- ½ oz St Germain Elderflower Liqueur
- 2-3 oz prosecco to top
- Mint sprig for garnish
- Lime wheel for garnish
- 1-2 canned lychees for garnish
Instructions
- Fill a wine glass with ice. Top with gin, lychee syrup, lime juice and elderflower liqueur. Stir together until gently combined.
- Top glass with 2-3 oz of prosecco and stir together once more.
- Garnish with a fresh mint sprig, a lime wheel and 1-2 lychees skewered on a cocktail pick.
