Ingredients

Pitcher Style:

  • 8 oz fresh Cara Cara or blood orange juice (about 3-4 oranges), strained
  • 4 oz gin
  • 4 oz sweet red vermouth
  • 4 oz Campari
  • 1 bottle Prosecco
  • Orange slice

One Glass:

  • 2 oz fresh Cara Cara or blood orange juice strained
  • 1 oz gin
  • 1 oz sweet red vermouth
  • 1 oz Campari
  • 2-4 oz Prosecco
  • Orange slice

Instructions

  • Squeeze oranges: Freshly squeeze your cara cara or blood orange juice, strain into a measuring glass and set aside.
  • Stir ingredients: In a large mixing glass or pitcher, add gin, sweet red vermouth, Campari and fresh orange juice. Stir together until well combined. Add in 2 cups of ice and stir together once more.
  • Pour and serve: Pour into 4 large or 6 smaller wine glasses and top with prosecco and an orange wedge. For single glass, pour all ingredients in a rocks glass filled with ice. Top with prosecco, an orange slice and enjoy!

Notes

Make Ahead: Mix all the ingredients together in a pitcher, but do not add the ice and Prosecco. Cover with plastic wrap and keep chilled in the fridge for 1-2 days. When ready to serve, add ice, gently mix, then pour into your cocktails glasses and top with Prosecco.
