Ingredients
20mozzarella balls
20salami slices
20green olives
20cubes of french bread
20cherry tomatoes
Rosemary Sprigs
Pesto Dipfor serving
Instructions
Place each ingredient into a small bowl for easy assembly.
To each skewer add a mozzarella ball, folded salami slice, California ripe olive, cube of french bread, and a cherry tomato.
Assemble skewers onto a round serving platter with a sprig of rosemary in between each skewer. Serve a small bowl of pesto in the center of the wreath for dipping.
