Ingredients

  • 1 cup diced fresh pineapple
  • 1 cup diced fresh mango 
  • ¼ red onion finely diced
  • 1 jalapeno seeds and ribs removed, minced
  • ½ cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • ½ red bell pepper diced
  • Lime juice
  • ½ tsp salt or more to taste

Instructions

  • For pineapple salsa: Stir together fresh pineapple pieces, mango pieces, red onion, jalapeno, red bell pepper, lime juice and salt. Taste test for seasoning. Serve immediately or store in the fridge until party time.

Notes

Salsa will keep for up to 3 days in an airtight container in the fridge.
