Pink Lady Mocktail
This Pink Lady Mocktail is a frothy pink drink that's sweet, tart and fruity with a gorgeous blush color. Made with only 5 ingredients and ready in less than 5 minutes, it's a girls night in way to celebrate!
Servings 1 mocktail
Ingredients
- 2 oz apple juice
- ¾ oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
- ½ oz grenadine
- 1 small egg white
- 1 oz club soda optional
Pink Lady Cocktail:
- 2 oz gin
- ½ oz applejack
- ¾ oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
- ½ oz grenadine
- 1 small egg white
Instructions
- Shake: Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add in apple juice, lemon juice, grenadine, and the egg white. Shake vigorously for 20-30 seconds.
- Garnish: Strain into a coupe glass. Top with club soda if desired. Garnish with a cherry.

Notes
If you can find them, opt for pasteurized eggs. Davidson's Safest Choice is a popular brand.
Perform a fresh egg test: Fill a tall glass with cold water and add the egg. If it sinks to the bottom and turns to the side, it's very fresh. If it floats on the surface, the egg should be discarded.
