Strawberry Tequila Sour is a fresh and fruity twist on a classic sour cocktail thanks to whole fresh strawberries. With the option to make it with or without egg white, muddle it all together and rejoice in a tequila lover's dream!
Muddle strawberries: Add the strawberries to a cocktail shaker and muddle for 10-20 seconds or until the strawberries are smashed and have released their juices.
Dry shake, then wet shake: Add the egg white, tequila, lemon juice, orange juice, simple syrup or agave, and a dash of bitters. Dry shake for 15 seconds. Add ice to the shaker and shake again for another 15-20 seconds.
Garnish and serve: Strain the cocktail into a small chilled glass and garnish with an orange wheel and strawberry.

Without Egg White: Use 2 tablespoons aquafaba (chickpea water) or pick up a bottle of cocktail foam.
