Ingredients

  • 2 cups watermelon finely diced
  • 1 cup cucumber finely diced
  • 1 cup mango finely diced
  • 1 jalapeno minced
  • ½ small red onion finely diced
  • 2 limes juiced
  • 1 tbsp Tajin seasoning
  • ½ cup Feta
  • ½ cup finely chopped cilantro
  • Tortilla Chips

Instructions

  • Finely chop all ingredients and place into a mixing bowl. Drizzle with fresh lime juice, tajin seasoning. Mix together until gently combined.
  • Cover and refrigerate until serving. Serve with tortilla chips.
