More Mango Cocktails To Try

Love mango as much as I do? I have a couple of other cocktails for you to try! This spicy mango margarita is a fun twist on a classic marg, while this frozen mango margarita with a chili rim is a delicious icy version. Give them each a try and let me know which you prefer!

Ingredients

a bowl of frozen mango chunks, mint leaves, limes, bacardi, sugar, and cointreau

Like I said, it was important to make sure I used as many natural ingredients as possible in this daiquiri recipe. After all, the worst hangovers tend to come from drinks pumped with artificial sugar. Here’s the handful of ingredients you’ll need to make this delicious summer drink!

  • Frozen mango chunks
  • Lime juice
  • Rum
  • Cointreau or triple sec (orange liqueur)
  • Honey
  • Ice

How to Make This Frozen Mango Daiquiri Recipe

Step by step process on how to make frozen daiquiris in a blender.

Step 1: Blend

In a large blender, add your frozen mango chunks, lime juice, rum, Cointreau, honey, and ice. Blend on high until the daiquiri is smooth and creamy. This should take about 30-60 seconds.

Step 2: Garnish and Serve

Pour your frozen cocktail into a large glass and garnish with a lime wedge and a mango chunk.

Note: Want to make it a little extra special? Rim your glass. Run the rim of your glass with a lime wedge and dip it into a sugar/lime zest mixture.

FAQs

What is a classic daiquiri made of?

A classic daiquiri is comprised of rum, lime, and sugar. It’s as simple as that! Nowadays, there are many different flavor variations, but the OG drink itself is a simple mixture of tropical flavors.

How do I make a mango daiquiri non-alcoholic?

If you’re interested in making these mango daiquiris a non-alcoholic cocktail version, simply substitute the rum and the Cointreau with equal amounts of coconut milk.

Can you make a mango daiquiri with vodka?

You can, but then it wouldn’t be a true daiquiri. If you want to add vodka, I’d recommend mixing both vodka and rum. The vodka will add more of an alcoholic kick to your cocktail, while the rum adds a touch of sweet and smooth tropical flavor.

What are some flavor variations of daiquiris?

There are many! One of my personal favorites (aside from mango, of course) is a simple frozen strawberry daiquiri recipe. Just swap the mango chunks for strawberries! And don’t forget to try my frozen peach daiquiri recipe

Frozen Daiquiri Serving Suggestions

You have to serve some snacky bits with your mango daiquiri, of course! I have some great options for you. Make my big batch guacamole recipe to start out because we all love guac. Serve that with pineapple mango salsa for some fruity sweetness to pair with it.

Another appetizer or snack that would go well with all of these flavors is my 5-layer bean dip recipe

For a main course, serve pineapple steak tacos or blackened cod fish tacos. They’re both light and flavorful – everyone will adore them!

Finish off your meal with some sweet, homemade mango ice cream. It’s vegan!
