step by step on how to make the watermelon tequila spritzer in a blender.

How to make a watermelon tequila spritzer:

  1. Blend watermelon: Add watermelon chunks, fresh lime juice, tequila, cointreau and agave nectar to a blender. Blend on high for 30 seconds or until mixture is smooth.
  2. Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve and serve over ice. Divide drinks between 2-4 tall glasses. Top remaining glass with sparkling water.
  3. Garnish with fresh watermelon chunks (optional dipped in tajin) and lime wedges.

Can I blend the watermelon juice before?

Yes! Totally! If you want to save yourself some time, blend up your watermelon chunks and strain it through the fine mesh sieve and refrigerate in an air tight container. Before preparing, mix all the other ingredients together before serving!
