No Ice Cream maker necessary- This ice cream was made in a food processor. No churning time or ice cream maker for this recipe. Pop all the ingredients in your blender or food processor until smooth and creamy.

How to make mango ice cream in a blender or food processor
This ice cream involves no ice cream maker or fancy equipment. All you need to do is throw all the ingredients into a food processor or blender and blend on high until smooth.
Transfer the mixture to a loaf tin or glass dish, cover with plastic wrap and freeze for a couple of hours before serving.
