FAQs

what is a Paloma made of?

The base of a Paloma is tequila, lime juice, and grapefruit flavor! Some people use grapefruit soda, some use grapefruit juice, it’s really just up to individual preference.

what does Paloma mean?

The Spanish translation of the word is dove! No one quite knows how the cocktail got its name and how it related to doves, but doves represent peace so maybe it’s because drinking a Paloma makes you feel more peaceful.

what’s the difference between a Paloma and a margarita?

They’re both tequila-based and have lime juice in them, but that’s where the similarities end. They’re very different cocktails, but equally delicious!
