This pina colada mocktail is the perfect drink to blend up for all ages. The creamy coconut and pineapple flavors make everyone’s taste buds happy, and if you want to transform it into a cocktail, just add rum.

You only need a few ingredients to make this yummy summer mocktail! Keep in mind that if you’re using fresh pineapple, you’ll have to freeze it ahead of time, but you can also just use pre-packaged frozen pineapple to save time.

- Canned coconut cream
- Coconut water
- Lime juice
- Agave or orgeat
- Ice
How to Make a Frozen Pina Colada Mocktail
Step 1: Blend Ingredients
In a blender, add frozen pineapple, lime juice, pineapple juice, coconut cream, agave, and ice. Blend everything together on high until the texture is smooth and creamy.
Step 2: Assemble Mocktail
With a spoon, swirl a creamy swirl to two large glasses with the coco lopez cream. Pour the pina colada into two glasses and top with an umbrella.

In this recipe, I replaced the rum with pineapple juice and coconut water for a boost of tropical flavor, but you can also use one, the other, or your favorite fruit juice that sounds good!
They have very similar flavors, but they’re not the same thing! Coconut cream is thick and, well, creamy. Coconut milk is the same consistency as standard milk – maybe even a little thinner.
If you want to omit the pineapple, you can add whatever fruit you want. Try mango, strawberry, lychee, or just keep it plain coconut!
